Your First DWI Could be a Felony!!

Even your first DWI can be a felony if the vehicle being operated by the person is occupied by a passenger who is younger than 15 years of age. So, you would have a double whammy of a DWI conviction and a felony conviction!

State Jail Felony punishment is confinement in a state jail facility for any term of not more than two years or less than 180 days and in addition may be punished by a fine not to exceed $10,000.
